300-500mg test E either 2x or once a week is usually recommended, and don't use letro. DYOR but I think 6.25mg asin EOD or 0.5mg adex EOD is fine

Pretty good stack for looksmaxxing, I'd assume you're using the GH for height and the testosterone for muscle and bone growth. I have no idea why you'd add tren when you're already on a gram of testosterone per week. Tren is a terrible fucking compound and it will probably give you insomnia and insane side effects unless you microdose it, which would do practically nothing considering you're already on a gram of test per week.
