Thoughts on this bimax result

This guy is actually a user here as well I just forgot his name

But anyways, from what I remember he did an insurance-covered bimax mainly to fix assymetry and recession

My question is, do you think the bimax could’ve been any better, or do you think any further improvement would require implants anyway? I wish I could remember what his movements were, but I don’t believe they were close to the maximum possible. I wonder if he had received larger movements, if his front profile would’ve changed more.

It's a totally okay result and I feel people are too hard on it here. Not amazing but not horrible either. He no longer seems recessed. This is probably a good example of the average bimax result tbh

I also respect him for using before and afters that are much less frauded than the usual bimax patient

I hope his rhino goes well as that will be what really changes his front for him

As someone who also has extreme asymmetry I think his case is super admirable in that regard

I don’t love his Philtrum curve tho it is also flat in the b4

Rest is decent nothing insane but overall good result imo

Looks okay for the amount of advancement he got. That money spread sucks ass tho, he needs to work on that.

He basically has to un-jew himself in order to look decent. The before's remind me of 1930s antisemite caricatures.

Correcting the jaw was a step in the right direction. Rhino could be a turning point. Oculoplastics might still be necessary to complete the journey.

I saw him a while back; he was saying it's mostly functional and aesthetics are just going to be the byproduct.
