Good result. This is the Terino Style I Square Chin Implant. For every Implantech Extended Anatomical Chin Implant maybe 1 Square Chin. I think more people should get a square chin style, but are too afraid to be that bold (more obvious facial change)

If it's a stock unfixed silicone chin implant it'll be out within 5 years due to either erosion, migration or both.

I don't think I've ever heard of this happening. Certainly not for PEEK.
