im 220lbs (100kg) at 6ft1 (185cm) at the moment and looking to lose 80 pounds by october

this stack + 1 meal a day + some cardio and calisthenics

I lost 40 lbs over a 5 month cut without supressants, stop stuffing your stomach and you'll lose weight easily. Your body doesn't want to be a piece of shit, you're forcing it to be the way it is.

and what was your training.routine?

lift weights, do metabolic cardio, eat in 400 cal deficit, 500 if ur young, and if u REALLY want, take CLA and Carnitine before your morning.cardio.

ephedrine.and.caffeine.take if u want, it if.youre over 30,.try and avoid, just.have a couple.espressos everyday

Yeah man my neurotransmitters are fucked up, the antidepressants im on made me gain a lot of weight and i get insatiable hunger from them. Can't stop taking them because i have genetically inherited OCD which makes life unbearable hell without meds.

300-400 Calorie Deficit [High Protein] [Low Carb], I also drank a lot of water (which decreases appetite) and tried my best to avoid processed foods.

Push Pull Legs Routine (6 days a week), although I dont think it matters that much as long as you're lifting.
 
add, nicotine it also promotes fatloss
and use thyroid hormone if not under 1 tsh
and do a pro metabolic diet
