chew on vit d3 k2 calcium tablet till it becomes powder in ur mouth. you will begin to salivate. use that saliva to gargle and swish the powder around your teeth. then swallow. with the residue powder on your tooth, leave it there for few mins to be absorbed into enamel. ik they say remineralization cope etc, but idk, maybe this could help a bit
