Bigger issues than IPD, there are men with lower ES ratios and don't look as noticeably off. It is the softness

and your guy is like 0.42~0.43 ES, nowhere near 0.39

He isn't at best he could be 0.4.
Pretty obvious what softness means, his head is shaped like an egg and has no bones.
