Nope. His midface is flat but not recessed. In the picture, the back of his nose (the alar–facial creases’ rearmost points) is in front of the corners of his lips, which is how things should be. The back of my nose is behind the corners of my lips, and that indicates retrusion of the midface.

I went to a bluepilled craniofacial doctor recently. I need to go to a blackpilled one to evaluate my skull. Shit made me mad ngl.
Also need to get a cone beam CT. Probably need to go to a oculoplastic surgeon also for my orbitals for orbital rim implants. I have bulging eyes due to the lack of orbital bone development. Deep-set eyes are ideal
