interesting, I thought the only way to widen PFL was with a tripod osteotomy. this doesn't truly change the position of your lateral canthus but still works to make your eyes wider

Still uncanny, probably due to the length of the pfl coming from reposiitioned soft tissue instead of actual orbit width

I literally lowered PCT + removed epicanthofolds in that morph Here is unmorphed one, it's probably 15 degree PCT which is too high even for Asians

Not droopier as in the straight shape you have is good. They just sit way too high and hug the iris too much, might need to be lowered a bit while keeping the good shape they already have.

You need bug eye surgery (opposite of almond eye surgery)

Lower lid protraction + reverse canthoplasty
