Looks exact same to me, except his tongue is up so that fat (i forgot the name) looks gone. Lighting is massively different. And Im saying all those as a 2year mewer and semi-believer

To me it looks like only soft tissue change (higher hyoid). His jaw is still in the same, steep angle.
The pics at 1:11 are the most interesting but the "change in skull shape" might be just angle/hair frauding.
