thoughts on this moneymaxxing idea in first world country?

apply for social housing( larp domestic abuse, mental problem etc) to get cheap or free rent. study at uni and work alongside to save up for later investments. ill have home gym, cook own food, transport with bike, public transport and should be able to save 80% of income. ill be grinding and be able to looksmaxx in privacy, live like a sigma.

this isnt bad also. move to expensive area and get high paying job, save and then invest that money into business, stocks etc
