Yeah this is an objective rating guide so 9.5 makes sense, although IRL his appeal is probably slightly lower than Gandy's. What about Cavill?

They should just rate absolute attractiveness and not make things relative, meaning the best looking people should receive 9.5s and not that each race has a 9.5. For example that tim chung guy is nowhere near a 9.5, he get's mogged by dudes in the 6.5 range.
