Found this study recently: *clickable*, feeling like zinc is pretty much underrated in this whole heighmaxx cope, it potentially can benefit even more then ashwagandha without giving you side effects like nasty acne and gyno, mfs be thinking that vitamin d(200iu :lul:) is gonna cook standalone.
Any thoughts on this?

During zinc administration, plasma IGF1 and IGFBP3 increased significantly in the experimental group (p = 0.0468, p < 0.0001, respectively). Plasma GH increased in the experimental group but without statistical difference comparing before and after oral zinc supplementation.
seems legit, will start taking zinc.(I have not read the whole study yet, don't have time rn but zinc is low risk supplement so why not)

*clickable* This one seems like a good dose (50mg) for a great price, with good reviews and goes easy on stomach, better than sulfate that can give nausea
