yk I feel like a dumbass right now, I had been thinking of getting a genioplasty all this time, and for some reason my first though was just going to Turkey, but this made me realize that surgeries are equally cheap in Latin America and I speak Spanish, so why the fuck would I go to Themiddleofwhoknowswhere, Istanbul to get a surgery in a country with a completely alien language and culture when I can just go to Mexico or something?

Hm... Honestly I don't know much about mexican pesos, but that should be the equivalent of like a cheap car, honestly try hitting up another surgeons in Mexico, at least 2-3 more and compare prices, just in case.
