Has anyone gotten it / looked into it?
I’m thinking about adding this to my pre 2024 looksmaxxes (In addition to fillers, botox and HT)

Results look pretty legit.
My midface is 1:1, but would rather it wider as opposed to “balanced”.

It makes your upper lip thicker however, mine is already fairly thick (to my eyes), but was told it was thin, my lower lip is quite thick too, so it wouldn’t look stupid I don’t think.

Photo for reference of my current lower third. I know the goatee is gross but I’m getting chin fillers early November to create a mogger chin and currently leanmaxxing for striking hollow cheeks.

These are some thread lip lift results;

The last thing I want is to look gay or feminine, so I’d get like a 5th or less done, compared to these results, if I was to go ahead with it.

My philtrum is also this shape from the side, so it could address this sort of half failo too;

The end goal is to get as close as I possibly can to Hexum tier looks

that is a nice lower third i can tell you're a good looking guy and shortening your philtrum will be bad because it will throw your mouth to philtrum harmony off balance for almost no more of the width you're looking for and also make you look gayer

Seems like an overprojected nasal spine issue, you need an anterior nasal spine reduction (which will also change the shape of your lips)

Alain Delon has the exact same failo, as did I (I had it fixed in my 1st rhino)

overprojected nasal spine
I may have a similar issue, although it's not too pronounced. If I press under nose with finger, it looks normal from side.

If it's not too pronounced, it can also give off a youthful appearance, which could be a halo if you have a "prettyboy" look (htn+ only unfortunately)

Yeah, I think the important part is that chin should be projected past that nose-philtrum point

philtrum column fillers will also work, I fixed mine with that.

didn't even need a whole lot.
