I mean its just a teqnique, like it wont do much lol. Its a teqnique for reducing the bone vault. Its better then the rasps they usually use. But its generally a small part of the overall rhinoYooo thinking of getting ultrasonic rhino, any recommendations and interesting infos about it?

Wdym? They use actual device to shape the nose for ultrasonic rhinoplasty.Stop falling for stupid marketing gimmicks
You just continue to prove my point bruhWdym? They use actual device to shape the nose for ultrasonic rhinoplasty.
Your saying its marketing gimmick but traditional and piezo rhino are performed with different tools. Also piezo has less trauma, so wdym I do not understand? You just continue to prove my point bruh
A good result is about the hand that does the craft, not necessarily the tool. A surgeon who is skilled in the traditional method who works gently and quickly can reduce trauma to a level that is as good as piezo.Your saying its marketing gimmick but traditional and piezo rhino are performed with different tools. And anyways i think that most surgeons who are marketing their rhino around piezo are also using traditional tools during the surgery.

I don't know about the technique itself (other than it is used by a few French and Turkish rhino specialists, among others), but Dr. Gerbault is usually well-regarded. His prices reflect that.
