Based off my experience and what I have read, its not fully cope but you probably wont Get visible results

It’s good for the mornings to tighten your under eyes but you won’t have any noticeable affects otherwise

If you’re specifically talking about creams/gels they’re usually cope, and will only help with moisturizing just like a normal moisturizer. However you could use a caffeine serum to help with puffiness temporarily which actually works

i did for 2 months and my undereyes become somewhat less darker and bright but i get the same effect from tinted sunscreen so i just stopped
