There are behavioral changes that you can make yourself to induce a woman to act differently, and we could talk all day about them, but however valid and real they may be, they all pale in comparison to the effect that your looks have.
I have never seen evidence that complimenting women would help you get laid. If you are above a certain looks threshold it would actually hurt your chances of banging her. But if you are below a certain looks threshold then it would be irrelevant as she wouldn't bang you anyways.
If you are not socially adept or attractive I would avoid compliments altogether. Just talk about other things and dont validate her directly
