What are your thoughts on vitamins/supplements?, I’ve been taking multiple vitamins and haven’t really noticed anything
 
only works if deficient or if youre running a protocol otherwise useless
 
But most modern diets have vitamin deficiency
yes its usually vitamin d though and iron in women i dont see much of a point ive tried most realised it was cope aside from magnesium glycinate for sleep does make a difference otherwise effects on testosterone igf1 those stuff are minimal very
 
well get your blood work and see what your weak points are. no need into supplementing something u already have a good amount of

They’re not going to make a massive visible impact even though they do help and there are no downsides to taking most supplements, so why not.

I’m just asking if it’s a waste of money
 
well get your blood work and see what your weak points are. no need into supplementing something u already have a good amount of
I don’t know how the blood work tests are in my country
