Yes nofap will save you and it will take effect 1-2 months.

You get other benefits such as energy levels increasing and naturally being more NT.

I was able to hold eye contact with more ease and process my thoughts as talking without my brain being a fog and stuttering.

And for energy levels increasing I was able to stay consistent with my hobbies.

My advice in going on nofap is to never count your days. Remember when you started and only reflect monthly. Just don't keep count daily it will be harder.
