thoughts on winlevi for acne?

hey everyone, I’ve been struggling with acne and I keep seeing winlevi being recommended. I’m curious if it actually works. Ive used taz,tret, azelaic acid and but didnt see much results.

i’m saving isotretinoin as a last resort, trying winlevi first to see if it helps

Have you've tried fixing ur diet, when i fixed my diet like a year ago and used panoxyl my acne went away for the most part, my acne was so painful also
