For me personally, all the exercises and stuff he promotes plus the glucosamine supplements helped me gain one cm of usual height which varries from 169-170 depending on the day to 170-170.5 and about one cm of morning height from 170-171 to 172. I stopped taking glucosamine and I was never consistent with the exercises which made me lose most of my progress but I wonder of there is someone that took it seriously and did it for longer. I only did it casually for 2-3 months at best. Lmk

Its interesting, its basically making your inter vertebral discs hold more water but this is also highly dependent on how much you sleep. Sleeping 10+ hours helps the body retain way more water. On the days I slept 10 hours are the days I used to measure 171-172 for basically half the day and 170 before sleep even though by afternoon I am usually 169 maybe 170 if I laid down more that day or didnt have sports.

Spinal decompression only works temporarily, he just found a way to make it last long enough for you to do another workout before it runs out. His other methods dont work. They sound good in theory but none of them work or work without side effects.
