I've learned basically all of this stuff - I wanna release an indepth guide (aint got time to do everything) for some of these so vote and I'll get to working on one.

Haven't seen any threads with a high level of detail for some of these mentioned.

• When to use Genio and the variants against bimax
• Guide to Landmarks and important planes of reference (including soft tissue landmarks)
• How to plan the ideal rhinoplasty (+ theory of aesthetics)
• How to cope with a broad face/narrow face and fix it
• Bimax with rotations and movements
