summaries of some threads i found useful:

eye area:

eyelashes: bimatoprost (apply only on upper and vasline on under eye and top)
brows: minoxidil
both:eyebrow gel for illusion of added thickness
optional: mascara to make you're eyelashes more visible

sleep:

ideal position: left side or back
melatonin should be taken at 5g as a way to reset circadian rhythm not change it
warm shower one to two hours before bed
best no lights
cold room (sixteen to nineteen Celsius)
weighted blanket at least up to ten percent of total body weight
orthopedic pillow reduces chances of neck, spine and shoulder issues
wear red glasses (as in visible tint on lenses)
melatonin is naturally produced from serotonin so try to keep happy during
workout earlier in the day
get sunlight in morning

what the perfect circadian rhythm looks like:

● 2:00 AM: Deepest sleep phase (slow-wave sleep) - physical repair and GH release
● 4:30 AM: Lowest temp point, REM sleep starts, dreams
● 6:00 AM: Cortisol rises, still in light sleep phase
● 6:45 AM: Blood pressure increase, preparing to wake up
● 7:30 AM: Melatonin secretion stops, light exposure fastens the halt
● 8:00 AM: Body is fully awake, and digestion commences. Best time for breakfast and hydration.
● 10:00 AM: Highest attention and alertness levels of the day. Best time for mental work
● 12:00 AM: Digestive enzymes peak. Best time for the biggest meal of the day
● 2:30 PM: Best hand and physical coordination time of the day
● 3:30 PM: Best reaction time of the day
● 5:00 PM: Cardiovascular and muscle strength at their peak. Best time for physical activity
● 6:30 PM: Blood pressure peak of the day
● 7:00 PM: Highest body temp of the day. Body signals to wind down
● 9:00 PM: Exposure to light blocks secretion. Melatonin secretion starts
● 10:00 PM: Melatonin continues to rise and body temp lowers. Best time to be ready for sleep
● 11:00 PM: First sleep cycle commences.

nose:

require: Hydrocortisone cream
apply two pea-sized drop of one percent hydrocortisone cream onto youre nose and spread evenly (avoid leaving excess and touching nouse bridge) leave for 5 minutes
risks: Hydrocortisone messes with youre HPA axis by raising cortisol slightly wich if has prolonged use causes body to adpat
how to preserve your HPA axis: take 500-800mg before cream (8 weeks on, 4 weeks off whilst lowering Hydrocortisone usage)

skin:

diet: eat low-glycemic load diet
retinoid progression (optional but recommended): retinol → tretinoin → trazodone
how to use retinoid: apply once a day, squeeze half an inch (or less) on you're finger, gently apply to face (using more doesn't make it work faster)
last resorts: Accutane

frauds:

hair: volumizing shampoo, texture powders
forehead: headband/tape trick
nose: glasses (depends on shape)
lips: fix color to look healthier (Vaseline or tinted lip balm works great)
jaw/jawline: face tape
skin: bb creams, tinted sunscreens, if face is red use green color corrector primer
cheekbones: face tape (this shit versatile as fuck)
