I need 1,20~° ccw rotation and 1,72~cm wider maxilla (probably, I don't really know)

Please give me some good threads, I've been searching for almost an hour and find the same method over and over again (towel and thumb pull method) I didn't try it yet but I want to do some research on it first before using them
