A customer where I work said that me and my co worker look very young for the job and said especially me
My co worker then asked what age I was and I told him 29 and his reaction was "Whaaat???" so I asked him what age he expected me to be and he said he thought I was like 22.

A bit later in the night a foid who turned out to be 37 asked my age and I told her to guess and she guessed 19 jfl and was shocked when I revealed true age

Peterpanmaxxing still intact despite the fact that every few weeks I feel like I've fallen off a new cliff edge in terms of facial aging and under eye descension but I guess I'm just recognizing those things because I look at my face daily so have a point of comparison, maybe my facial aging isn't bad enough for normies who see me for the first time to pick up on it

Same for me. Especially with a cap, I can easily pass as 18-19 years old, even if I turn fucking 27 this year..

What good sleep, lack of stress, working 80% sitting up in bed, healthy eating and regular cardio can make from a dude..

fuark we live the same lives. I almost never get out of my bed to work.
The only thing I've been lacking lately is sleep because I keep waking up earlier than I'd like to but I do have occasions where I get giga sleeps and can see the difference after it

There are some nights when I don't get at least 6 hours of sleep, like only 5 and a half (because I decide to go to bed too late), but the next day after work I'll put myself to sleep for an hour and a half or two anyway, and I'm back to normal..

Keeping your under eye area in the best possible condition is extremely important to look young and healthy..

Here is an example of 2 models in their very early 20s at the same age, and the difference is dramatic..
