THREE GYM QUESTIONS - gymbrahs please help me

I don't really care about being massive cunt, but should I really drop deadlifts? I mean I even like doing them, I like it when im eviscerated and covered in sweat... I always go till failure with all my exercises.
Deadlifts are good for traps and legs development. But they're not as effective as isolative exercises for that muscles actually.
I would suggest you to do exercises you like, so there's no problem if you do heavy squats and deadlifts, they will build muscle to you. But when you get stronger and go 120 kg+ weights, you'll remember my words, because heavy compound movements with heavy weights may rape your CNS and diminish results of muscle building
