There's nothing noble about what that guy did. He's just a dirty common thief. The man he stole from is a presumably honest hard working citizen and he gave the money to a random homeless person who probably got there because of their own bad choices in life. He is making someone who made right choices in their life pay for the mistakes of others. You wanna do charity? Cool, do it with your own money. The common folk had no choice but to pay heavy taxes to these rich assholes who would send soldiers to your house to force you to pay. That's who Robin Hood was stealing from. He was setting things right. He wasn't stealing money from someone who earned it fair and square. He was stealing from robbers and returning the money to the victims.

This makes ALL the difference in the world. It infuriates me to see modern leftists who understand nothing of economics or of history quoting Robin Hood as "one of their guys". He wasn't. He was against government and taxes, he was the opposite of a leftist.
