and this time i got 8.
should i up the weight next time?

unfortunately im incel and scared of getting an injury so i stick to machines

machines allow you to bypass having to brace your core/stabilisers which are important for injury prevention, in order to lift the weight , since they hold it in a fixed plane for you, its why people are stronger on them, but its masking weak areas that free weights would expose
