Threw up because of my looks

When i was at the gym today my friend made a subtle negative comment about my face. After I began feeling so bad which is weird since i kinda stop caring about what people think for some time. But it made me feel really bad and when I got home I looked myself in the mirror and I threw up in the sink. I used to do it like half a year ago often when I got home from school. But I haven't in some time I think I might be depressed again idk. Just wanted to post it on here since I don't know who to tell this.

We were talking about my ex and the fact she colored her hair and it really doesn't suit her. So I was saying that I wasn't tryna glaze myself but I lwk think I look a bit better then her now. And he just said well. And I was like no comment? And he just said no comment

That's how I felt yesterday trying my first pair of contacts I was repulsed by my eyes.
But I gave them another chance today and got complimented 3x.
