Thanks. Right now im trying to eat healthier, get good sleep and take zink, vit c, magnesium, d3, fish oil, and k2

I also consume 0 added sugar because it makes my acne break out the day after

i take zinc, mag, fish oil but im slacking jfl need to start taking them again
i also have k2 but i saw some shit about hair loss but since i’m on minox ill take again, they were probably fearmongering tbh

what carbs do you consume? or is it mainly just meats and eggs etc, from tomorrow im going on only meat and eggs cos im about to start leanmazinf again cos i fell for bulking meme + i think its healthy cos its got all macro nutrients. ill supp vit c also.

Only meats is legit for leanmaxxing and fixing your skin, but I would probably also add some berries n shit for the nutrients missed out on

I use to eat around 2500kcal per day, but I started leanmaxxing as of yesterday, so im going to aim for 1400kcal per day.

As for steps, I dont keep track but id guess it would be about 6k. Use to average 20k when the original video in the post was filmed.

As for the gym I train push/pull/rest no legs

Maintenance to slight surplus. Im 5'9 and weigh 65kg, so I dont need a lot

I live in sweden and its soon winter. Gonna start by coping with beta carotene and when spring comes along im gonna try melanotan

I think you already look quite tan tho

was doing omad with whatever meal i wanted that’s not in cals. from now on proper nutrition.
i’m thinking of adding eggs tofay for the nutrients but i ate my caloric intake already. i am playin tennis to later and at gym already currently

ye but i like to try what works for others since it may also work for me. i have a hard time stopping hunger. i need to start using caffeine tbh.
