I tore a tendon in my thumb while kickboxing and it hasnt healed in 3 months, i’m getting smaller and smaller all i can do is hit legs and pray also do some pushups until it starts to hurt.

What are some things i can do to retain more of my strength and muscle mass and accelerate the recovery of my thumb please reply with useful advice

i feel like im starting to fuck up my left knee too but im training anyway
blasting 4ui hgh everyday kinda masks the pain here and there

try to strengthen it bro sissy squats, backwards incline tread and banded knee exts helped me a lot

BPC-157 locally. Use a short needle though you don’t want to hit anything
