I tore a tendon in my thumb while kickboxing and it hasnt healed in 3 months, i’m getting smaller and smaller all i can do is hit legs and pray also do some pushups until it starts to hurt.
What are some things i can do to retain more of my strength and muscle mass and accelerate the recovery of my thumb please reply with useful advice
