Thumb pulling, cope or not

There’s so many different opinions on thumbpulling being cope and some say it’s not,

could someone tell me how it’s not cope? from the things i’ve read is that the results of an MSE is the only way because of its constant pressure, but thumbpulling isn’t constant.

so is it cope or valid?

Hi hello on a serious not high dedication to thumbpulling can work just try it out for a few weeks or months even if it works it does if not then not

Just get MSE
 
i already have braces on and when i went to my dentist i tried saying that i couldnt breath during my sleep and make up something, he checked my teeth i guess and told me that i dont need to, it wasnt about the money i already have the insurance for the MSE if i wanted to get one

How then? can you suggest a Video?
If you are young thumb pulling can have slightly more impact but still not in the way oscar patel described since facial bones arent fully fused yet consistent habits like mewing chewing and good posture can shape development a bit while thumb pulling may help soft tissue and muscle alignment It can support natural facial growth improve circulation and reduce puffiness but it wont physically move or grow bones on its own

Op thumbpulling is pure cope it fucks up your back teeth if you do it a shit ton It doesnt work.
Get MSE or other pallet expanders for actual results.
