yes i totally agree with your statement to help others but I jsut don't trust any greycel nor 2026 except for @Heretic

just rot in off topic or rating section until you're blue then help others. just an advice

Wolff's law states that bone adapts its structure and mass in response to the external mechanical stress.

Thumbpulling is cope, because the force is not bone borne unlike the force that muscle contraction applies on the bones.

listen boyo this is me being nice iam a friend of pasha and larpcel iam a fellow late 24cel i just preferred to dwell here after a year of .com here a picture to ease your mind that iam not a grey and i dont even know if you know pasha since you joined last november

head gear doesnt expand your maxilla at all lol its moreso used for slightl forward advancement :lul:

palate expanders like MSE/FME/SARPE and similar things are used for expanding palates

ive literally had a palate expander and used headgear for a small period. the palate expander is what expands the maxilla, the headgear is used to create forward growth while those sutures are open. you wont be able to get horizontal growth at all with just headgear bro

unless u ragebaiting then my bad lmao

there is literally no scientific proof that works, all you will do is damage your soft tissue or damage your teeth,
the idea was proven to work but the thing is that you can't generate that much force with you fingers to do some changes without damaging your mouth.
