I posted in offtopic cuz consensus is that it's mostly cope. It's still in experimental phase
so Ive been mewing for like 1+ year with i guess only postural changes and I started aggressively thumb pulling like yanking my face forward with full force also leaning in I hear lot of cracking inside my skull I do this howmany times I remember to do it. So I am still very early into it but I am positive that I see benefits already. Imagine not cracking your skull forward for free at home if your recessed.
I also pull laterally but idk it's much harder to do.
