Thumbpulling and bonesmashing

I’m 15 and im wondering if bonesmashing and thumbpulling are cope or worth my time. If they aren’t cope how often should they be done. Only comment if you are proof or you are well knowledgable
 
for me it worked(bonesmashing) did it 4 times a week for 5 months
 
If you push on a brick wall for 10 minutes everyday will it move? This is the same logic with thumb pulling. As for bone smashing I’ve read a few threads on both sides and idk tbh.
 
Thumbpulling - cope
Bonesmashing - works

Dont do bonesmashing when ure below the age of 18. Just get enough sleep, eat enough proteins etc

do the results stay or is it just swelling like are you still doing it
 
A bone borne expander is a better alternative to thumb pulling which isn't really proven

bonesmashing not cope, thumpulling is. Bonesmashimg works, you knows its working when after doing jt for 5 mins 3x a day, you start feeling real pain to touch on the area. It should hurt, but not extremely

Its mostly swelling but u will also get some bonedensity and small amount of bone growth over time. I still do it sometimes

But as i said ure 15 so dont do it. Just get enough sleep, eat healthy, work out and maybe ask ur doc for trt if ur test is below average

puberty would be the best age to do it, your bones are still forming, it is important to avoid smashing asymetrically
