Thumbpulling cope at 15?

Everyone on this forum thinks thumbpulling is pure cope and doesnt work, but could it give foward growth when im 15 and bones are still malleable? I think if sucking your thumb as a kid can make you recessed then certain things like mewing and thumbpulling could possible work

Thumbpulling at 15 with high bone plasticity with full strength can move bones very quickly, try to get ccw rotation by pushing at the front of the palate by pushing upward and foward, never close your mouth it can make you more recessed tho

Why would closing mouth make someone recessed tho?

Always close your mouth and mew, but for thumbpulling don't chew your hands, you need to open (not too wide)
