First, wash your hands. Seriously, do it. You’re about to stick your thumb in your mouth and you don’t want to risk infection or getting sick. Once your hands are clean, find a place to do a chin tuck and hold it relax your jaw. Open your mouth slightly, not wide, just enough to get your thumb inside without straining. Use your dominant hand and slide the pad of your thumb up into the roof of your mouth. You’re aiming for the back part of the hard palate, not the soft squishy part way in the back. The spot should feel firm but not too bony.

Once you’ve found that spot, gently push upward and slightly forward, like you’re trying to pull the midface out of your skull. Hold the pressure for a few seconds, maybe three to ten depending on what feels right. Don’t yank or jam, you’re not trying to snap your face off, just apply controlled pressure. Release slowly and repeat. You can do multiple reps or hold longer if you feel like it. Make sure to do both sides of your mouth so your face stays balanced, but if one side feels flatter or tighter, give it more focus.

You might feel pressure behind your nose, some light popping, or even drainage if you’ve been congested. That’s all normal. If anything hurts or feels off, stop and rest ig. This should not too painful. My routine was once every about hour, your giving your bones and sutures a new reason to adapt to the force put on it.

Obv don't fucking think it will work in 2 months, this shit takes time to work (if it even works at all)

Personally I don't believe thumbpulling really works, but I don't think the guide itself is bad.

do you think anything changed in terms of my "results"?
Your before vs after images look dramatically different (in a good way), but I assume many factors contributed to it. A lot of people anecdotally report thumbpulling works, and so that's why I'm for users writing guides about it. Looksmaxxing is about experimenting with a bunch of stuff to see what works and what doesn't work for them. I'd rather users write 'helpful' posts like yours then asking 50 times if it works or not.

Did you actually achieve skeletal expansion? Do you have the mark on the mid palate suture that appears when palate expanders are usually used?

How old are you? That suture should be closed after 21 years old, after that its usually surgically reopened. Also can you share a picture of your palate to see? Do you have any before and after photos?

How on fucking earth would expanding the palette with your thumbs do anything with the tip of your chin? You would need bone osteotomy for that.
