So basically ive been thumbpulling for about 2 months or more id say and it clearly improved my palate. Before i started i measured my palate width as 31-32mm (intermolar) and i was wondering how it was going yesterday and decided to measure it again and i can say that my palate has improved almost 10mm, i measured 41mm. And id say theres like slight changes on my face, i used to have like a bad nose the tip of my nose would be more inward than the bridge of my nose thats kinda better now my nose is more straight. Lemme know what yall think abt thumbpulling.

only your soft tissue is moving retarded nigga, thumbpulling does not have enough force to cause skeletal expansion

how old you is cuh?

did your maxillary triangle change?

15. 16 in 3 months
Alright, that's quite plausible. Your sutures are still open at that age, so I'm not surprised thumbpulling is working for you. I call bs on 10mm though, unless you have a massive gap between front teeth.
