literally worked for me, dentsits changed my elastics especilay on the side i put more pressure on, so it could pull my maxila more backthumbpulling is cope, how is minimal force with thumbs going to reshape bones?
did your dentist actually confronted with you about this? like they sat down and explained that the braces could impact how your jawline and other bones could develope? mine just didnt care i guess, i never knew braces could impact your face bones until nowliterally worked for me, dentsits changed my elastics especilay on the side i put more pressure on, so it could pull my maxila more back
not only the strenght but also the frequency at which you do it would have an impact i imagine. thumbpulling is not any different from Mewing or braces if you think about it, but regardless, if there is a chance for it to work it 100% is when bones are still malleable and softthumbpulling is cope, how is minimal force with thumbs going to reshape bones?
