works for some and for some it doesn't, but I would recommend giving it a try

I feel like you're possibly a troll/ you don't know much because the only reason it doesn't work for some people is because they do it wrong so I'm looking into it more. Your recommendation of me giving it a try is obviously to try and set me up for failure you just joined .org a few days ago.

I understand that but I'm not 100% sure how to do it and obviously, I don't want to mess anything up like I've heard of people making their jaw asymmetrical or having pain in their palate or jaw from it because they did it wrong.
