will thumbpulling even widen maxilla while I have retainers (after braces) just wondering if it will delay or prevent maxilla from widening & forward growth

thumbpulling doesnt do much at all. its basically cope sadly. at max it'll help only a tiny tiny bit, so just dont do it cuz it could mess u up if done wrong/overdone

likely placebo, but i had seen results from it too. its just minor and id avoid cuz it can be done wrong and mess up ur looks a bit. but yeah i'll see the progress send photo
