then you will never get the results you want. Either you need an expander or wait till you finish puberty and get surgery. you cant change your bones through pulling them with your thumbs or pushing them or chewing.

mb I read wrong. you are a retard btw, thumbpulling doesnt work obviesly. no facial excercise works. the only way to change your bones is orthodontists (often only helps slightly) and mainly surgeries.
