i don't recommend it but hammer pulling could be more effective to generate enough force to move bone

I’m not really sure how to do the ‘muning’ properly – I don’t quite understand how the tongue should be positioned correctly

mostly bonesmash and thump pulling are cope u can get marpe or grow more bones by hgh and ai if ur growth plates are not closed
