Org was once a place where incel subhumans would go to ascend.
To take the leap of faith and be courageous.
Incels were ascending to chad. chads were help incels.

Someone who takes action and has no knowledge will go further than someone with all the knowledge in the world that never takes action.
The one who takes action allows themselves to learn and integrate their goals into their actions, therefore resulting to success.
