Tight masseters?

It's been weeks that I have been dealing with very tight masters. At this point idk what causes this but I can't even open my fucking mouth 3 fingers wide. Only 2 fingers and I can't chew on the right side. Is this normal? Do u think its just jaw clenching at night?
