So i take 1400mg potassium everymorning. Honestly i drink 1/2L water a day, i eat barely no salt, i eat much fruit and cleanfood but some are processed like meatballs. I eat no processed sugar like candy, i walk 10k steps a day, i Sleep 7-9 hours, my bf is not high (picture).

Why the fuck is my face still bloated???

I have seen lymphatic drainage, but Will it really help?
