Ik im a stupid nigger for writing a seperate thread but ok.

I have to delete tiktok for my own sanity.
I JUST NOW after writing my other post saw a guy giving advice on how to gain bonemass. I dictate:

"For a few mm of forward growth and overall bonemass gain just take ghk -cu its not that serious"
