It definitely matters on a legal basis, and the sentencing part is based on what the jury think of him and his morality, Im showing the arguments evaluating his morality. If a jury has that kind of mentality ur implying, where they dont care about how valid the argument against his morality is, then the legal system is going to be fucked up. People are not going to reason anymore and just going to accept conclusions that the prosectuion makes that may not be on logical grounds. im just interested in this case becasue I wanna study law in the future as well

Cmon if you degrade my argument to that yes but i'm saying that as in you never know the specific details of the videoo that you are going to watch

The reason that I was making this post was that the original guy was saying that the severity and the details of the videos were making hullo's morality even worse (so shouldnt be forgiven). I'm arguing that the details of the video don't make a difference, because he didn't know the exact details of the video, so you cannot say he is immoral because he wanted specifically the details described. We dont know that. Also, CSAM is still CSAM regardless of what was in it, the severity of CSAM deosnt make it any more worse. The details dont make him any better off, obviously, but they dont make him any greater morally bankrupt
