Also the reason for this is most likely because they are mirrored characters if you know both of their stories. Both were heroes who fell (Anakin to the dark side, Obito becoming a rogue ninja and embracing Infinite Tsukuyomi) because of love and did horrible shit for years while not being evil at the core, and being redeemed in the end by heroes who mirrored them (Naruto was a mirror version of Obito right down to their inverted clothing color schemes)
