Not to mention, that being over weight as a women is very unhealthy and obviously alters what their face and body looks like. Yet, as being small as a man doesn’t have any negative health implication, and does not alter the face or body/frame, yet it cannot be changed, however, weight can be changed through dedication with dieting and hard excercise or even liposuction if necessary.
